Tom Callan
— President
Callan is a Managing Director with BlackRock, where he leads a global equity investment team with $7 billion in assets under management. He is a collector of contemporary photography and co-owner of Gallery 339.
Martin McNamara
— Vice-President
McNamara has a Masters Degree in Government from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience with not-for-profit organizations. He is Director and co-owner of Gallery 339, and member of the Mayor’s Cultural Advisory Council.
Mary Brown
Brown has extensive non-profit experience. She is a founding member of Impact100 Philadelphia, and has worked in development for local and national organizations including The Society for Photographic Education.
John Hansen Flaschen
Dr. Hansen-Flaschen is the Chief of the Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Division at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the head of the Penn Lung Center. He is also an avid photographer.
Stuart Rome
Rome co-founded Drexel University’s photography program over twenty years ago and currently teaches in the program. Rome is currently active in creating and exhibiting his own photography, with galleries in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. His work is represented in collections around the world, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Tokyo Institute of Polytechnics, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Peter Barberie
— Curator of Photographs, Philadelphia Museum of Art
Barberie received his B.A. in art history at the University of Connecticut at
Storrs, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton University. Barberie was a visiting
lecturer in Princeton University’s Department of Art and Archaeology, at Rutgers
University and the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked as a curator at the
Philadelphia Museum of Art since 2003.
Richard Benson
— photographer, printer and educatorBenson has taught at
Yale University since 1979 and has received two Guggenheim Fellowships, a
MacArthur Fellowship, as well as support from the National Endowment for the
Arts (1973, 1982) and the Eakins Press Foundation. He is considered one of the
finest printers of photographic books.
John Pilson
— photographer, video artist and educator
Pilson has taught at Bard College, the New York School of Visual Arts, and Yale
University. He exhibits his work in galleries and museums around the world and
has received numerous awards.
Robert Storr
— curator, academic, critic and painter
Storr is currently the Dean of the Yale School of Art. He was the director of
the Venice Biennale in 2007 and a curator in the Department of Painting and
Sculpture at MOMA from 1990 to 2002.
